Food is definitely happiness especially this time around. My kids love this when I cook for Thanksgiving. I cook turkey, pork shoulder, ham, potato salad, baked mac n' cheese, sweet potato, sometimes cheesecake, and rice with guandules. It is a feast and sometime, after we eat we head over to visit families and feast with them as well. Last year and this year I have my granddaughter with us So workout time is saved for after this amazing weekend of food feasting. At my job we do potluck and many bring their traditional dishes, whether its desert or a meal. This year I just helped with cleaning up.
There is so much to do at home starting from cleaning to preparing everything and begin cooking late tonight in slow temp. Well I wish everyone a safe and filling Thanksgiving among friends/ family.
